Synoptic Chart WA = Monday mornings Invigorator

Here is a picture of Western Australia's Synoptic chart on Sunday afternoon.

The two low's down in the Southern Ocean are causing havoc across the Great Western Woodlands where I live.

Severely disrupting winds sweeping across the outback.

These are relentless and have disrupted my routine in the normally serene tranquil surroundings.

But there's a lesson here.

Relentless waves of disruption change things .

So on a dull Monday morning,

Your mental waves of disruption can alter the stagnant , dull environment.

Not destructive disruption,

but positive disruption.

Wave after relentless wave of mental energy driving away the dullness.

Just like the "winds of change " on the weather charts.

Be the best you Can possibly be

I cannot emphasize how short life on planet Earth really is.

You therefore need to bring your " A Game " to every living moment.

Your health / body /mind are the vehicles that create your A Game.

Who is the adventurous character within you?

Since moving to the Land of breakaway Kingdom in the outback of Western Australia...

I have discovered that I have an adventurous character within.

That is Captain Vigilance.

He wasn't there when I lived in congested , cluttered contaminated places.

He has emerged to boost the adventure that I am presently on.

Who is your hidden character ,who will emerge when your location is ideal ?

it's a big Hard Nut world out there

The world works in strange ways.

It's definitely not  reasonable and rational.

Inertia is a big ingredient in most people's DNA.

Innovative , open mindedness takes its place way down the list in the World.

Getting people to actually listen to the argument for change can be daunting,

let alone listening to the change itself  .

Covid 19 is a prime example.

The Civilized World is on its knees because it cannot accept a new innovative way to solve the crisis.

It's like humanity is locked into a mental prison .

Stubborn , ego - centric, blockhead mentality of humans ~ is responsible for catastrophic failures by the truckload.

It's more than just " waking up ".

Requirement for improvement ;

It's more like = intensive outpatient councilling for most humans to unblock the mental blockages.

Monday Mornings Invigorator ( part 4 )

Well ,

the Corona Covid -19 mood has been suppressing and compressing to all of us.

It's made Monday mornings even more daunting / challenging to overcome.

My latest health venture into fasting has proved fruitful and rewarding both mentally and physically.

With Monday morning fast approaching here in Outback Australia, 

I am feeling confident and relaxed.

My 20 hours of fasting per day followed by a 4 hour eating window is soothing my anxieties.

Including Monday Morning Syndrome.

I am well and truly in the fasting groove lane = flying along like a juggernaut  without fear.

It will brighten up your life and your Mondayitis.

The body slips into ketosis while fasting and burns stored fats instead of relying on food input for energy.

The brain, ❤️ heart and organs benefit greatly as a result.

West Australian Tourism or Tourism WA has a campaign presently running with the title ;

" Take a Wander out Yonder ".

Well I have done more than that .

I have adventured into the Great Western Woodlands Outback WA and stayed !

I cannot recommend this adventure highly enough.

It changed my whole life ; 

I am set free from the clutter, congestion and contamination of civilized society .

It's so Spiritually Uplifting .

Words really cannot describe the Euphoria in Utopia .

So why not Take a Wander out Yonder !

You will cherish the adventure for the rest of your life.

Corona Curve ball

So the Corona Curve ball was thrown by China ,

and we have witnessed the skills ( or lack of ) possessed by the" batters" of World Civilization.

The batters are the so called leaders and authorities .

They have been bamboozled .

Political, medical , administrative big hitters have all been " struck out " by the Corona curve balls thrown at them.

Just goes to prove how unskilled and weak they are.

Up on the big stage of Reality they have buckled.

They are all blinkered to rational solutions .

And they take wild swings at the balls hurtling at them and completely miss .

If the results of their ineptitude weren't so tragic ,

One could describe these imposters as Absurd .

Discovering the benefits of fasting

My fast has lasted 19 hours so far .

And it's so far so good.

I am feeling clearer in the head , A little weaker overall, and more focused.

I am planning to fast at least 24 hours .

At a later date I will be attempting 48 hours and 72 hours .

The videos above are great and very informative and helpful.

My stored fat deposits are fueling my body cells instead of food being shovelled in .

I also went for a 3.5 hour walk today so the fat burning is in full on mode.

In our " civilized  society ," food is very overrated and even sensationalized.

Its on a pedestal for sure.

The body can really benefit from fasting and allowing  the natural fat burning process to operate.

Transitioning across a border or crossover point needs preparation.

Western Power company killing Crows in Kalgoorlie West Australia

Greetings from the magical outback Woodlands WA,

The crow is an underestimated creature in the overall scheme of things in Aussie wildlife.

Well Western Power is doing it's best to destroy these wonderful birds in Kalgoorlie.

On Keenan Street Lamington ( Kalgoorlie ) between Lyall and Lewis Sts on the northern side of the street….

 yesterday I discovered two dead crows at the foot of a Western Power pole .

At the top of the pole is a newly installed metal box of some kind maybe a transformer .

It is obviously LIVE and causing the deaths of the crows.

Sure some stone hearted people may brush this off as " nothing that matters "

Well I am here to inform everyone that these Crows do Matter .

Western Power may be thinking the "power " has gone to their heads and they are not accountable.

As these power boxes are LIVE they can kill humans as well 

( Then there would be a real stink ).

We urge Wildlife Lovers and others to act upon this message in the best way possible .

We reported the same tragic situation 3 months ago relating to a power box on top of a  Western Power pole in Lamington Kalgoorlie.

Obviously there is a deadly flaw in the design of these power boxes .

They are actually cars that were stolen and taken for a joy ride by " hell raisers".

A mule called inertia

During the pandemic of 2020 and beyond ,

Peoples' response needs to be pivoting quickly with laser focus.

Instead 99.99% of the civilized world has responded like a mule called inertia.

Apologies to the mules out there reading this ,

However the" human mules " have taken stubbornness and inertia to a new level ( or depth )

Mediocrity has ruled supreme in the Corona Covid Calamity .

The human race is trapped in a mental space that shoves on the hand brake and creates confusion chaos and calamity.

The humans have voted in political knuckle heads who have as much chance of defeating the Virus , 

as a snowball surviving in hell.

Exceptions in Australia are Premier McGowan of Western Australia and the Queensland Premier .

The Victorian Premier Andrews makes a stubborn mule look like a Nobel Prize Winner.

So the humans who think they are very mentally gifted , aren't so brainy after all ,

And the Virus is the big winner against the stubborn  human team  who embrace interia in a crisis.

Customer service is one of those things that has become mysterious.

In our civilized world of churning processes like sales over at a hurtling speed ,

Many large companies ( and small ones ) take their eye off the ball .

If a company just wants to grind out sales as quickly as possible,like a production line....
