Discovering the benefits of fasting


My fast has lasted 19 hours so far .
And it's so far so good.

I am feeling clearer in the head , A little weaker overall, and more focused.
I am planning to fast at least 24 hours .
At a later date I will be attempting 48 hours and 72 hours .
The videos above are great and very informative and helpful.

My stored fat deposits are fueling my body cells instead of food being shovelled in .
I also went for a 3.5 hour walk today so the fat burning is in full on mode.
In our " civilized  society ," food is very overrated and even sensationalized.
Its on a pedestal for sure.
The body can really benefit from fasting and allowing  the natural fat burning process to operate.
